Local architecture firm Studio Strato added an adorably homey element in the form of an ultra-cozy reading nook to this compact one-bedroom apartment in Rome. Measuring only at 110 square meters, the space demanded a feature that would be practical and smartly designed to boast the highest level of comfort and seclusion.
Studio Strato imagined the interior with the help of architect Maria Clara Ghia. The result is extremely sleek and modern. The ultra-cozy reading nook is accessible through the living room of the Pointing House. It incorporates a daybed, a porthole window and an overall naturally lit space. The feature is not only a novelty and a dream for bookworms, it also adds a quirky and design-friendly ambiance to the living room.
