This outrageously expensive UAE license plate '7' was sold in a government auction in Abu Dhabi for $4.6 million. While this amount may be petty cash to some who live out east (incomprehensible, I’m sure, to you and I), do not be fooled, because the UAE license plate '7' is only ranked number 3 on the list of most expensive license plates!
