Federico Protto and Attila Lajos, two designers who are based in Austria, decided to stay isolated from one another while they created the pieces that would be meant to go with one another.
In doing so, the two designers managed to produce an end result that's incredibly eclectic but at the same time, somehow complementary and cohesive. While they discussed the amount of garment's they'd each create beforehand, as well as a patriotic theme, the two designers stayed apart until they would shoot the collection's lookbook itself.
While unconventional, the use of this technique ensured that each piece stood out from the next -- something that can be difficult when two minds become set on the ideas of one another. In addition, the agreement to use the colors of the flags from the countries where each was visiting helped to give them a common source of inspiration that would work to bring it all together.
