Tuita sells Brazalian clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories for men and women that are made by socially responsible companies and made entirely of sustainable materials. Tuita carries products made at a variety of cooperatives and socially responsible brands and each product lists its eco-friendly features, which range from vegan or organic materials to fair labor and fair wage guidelines for employees producing the items.
Each company Tuita trades with is actively participating in the preservation of the environment and are subject to submitting regular reports outlining environmental and social actions implemented that year.
The name Tuita is a word from the Tupi Guarani language, which appropriately translates to "people."
