Tokyo-Inspired Contemporary Hotels

Jamo Associates Dreams Up the TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET

The TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET is a design be MOUNT FUJI ARCHITECTS STUDIO and Jamo Associates. The former took on the architectural design and the interiors were curated by the latter. The two have described the space to be a 'Tokyo Design' approach by thoughtfully integrating traditional craftsmanship with a modern, minimalistic feel.

Each guest room is made with a singular expression then furnished with custom pieces and local art. The artwork selected was purposefully meant to honor the heritage and the future of Japanese design as a whole. It is important to note that no two rooms are the same so every visit garners a unique experience and stay. The amenities and materials were sourced from or inspired by Tokyo.
