When not used as a lock, it is a rack that attaches to the seat for easy storage. People can use it as a rack as well, placing bags and other items while heading to work or home.
When the ride is over, the Transit Bicycle Lock and Carrier conveniently detaches to secure the bike to poles and other stations. It is long enough to lock up both tires as well as the frame. It was designed by Seth Chiam.
