The Traeger Flatrock 2 Zone has been added to the brand's namesake Flatrock range as a compact model perfect for supporting exterior cooking in smaller spaces. The griddle boasts two separate cooking spaces with precision heat control for each, while their U-shaped burners will deliver consistent cooking power. The design prioritizes edge-to-edge wind blocking to ensure consistent heat and also features the Pop-And-Lock (PAL) rail system that's compatible for use with a series of snap-on accessories.
The Traeger Flatrock 2 Zone has a total of 468-square-inches of cooking space, but is compact enough to work in a wide range of exterior spaces where square footage is constrained. The unit will come with a $700 price point and is expected to be available soon in both the US and Canada.
