The technology within the 'DoubleFlex' total body workout portable gym is inspired by the same used within workout devices developed by NASA for use by astronauts. SpiraFlex technology is in use on the International Space Station and provides users down here on Earth the ability to work out without needing an entire gym.

The 'DoubleFlex' can be used with the arms and legs, and allows users to customize the level of resistance in five pound increments from five up to 15 in total.

The 'DoubleFlex' total body workout gym weights less than two pounds and is designed to be brought with you when you go on vacation or travel. The 'DoubleFlex' comes with an accompanying DVD that will guide users through warmups and targeted workouts.
