Female-centric fitness retailer Title Nine is enhancing the experience of shoppers with its in-store bra fittings -- titled FitFests -- that help visitors find their ideal undergarment size. While lingerie brands have offered in-store bra fittings for quite some time, sportswear retailers can often carry a more generic undergarment range that varies from small to xxl sizes. Though convenient for some, these sizes often don't cater to a broader demographic of female consumers.
Launched in three of the retailer's Colorado locations, Title Nine's FitFests ensure women feel supported and comfortable while working out and are hosted by the retailer's in-house 'bravangelists,' customer service reps that help decide which bra style and size fits varying body shapes best.
This unique approach to sports bra shopping offers a personalized experience for visitors and specifically targets fitness-focused females.
