As simple seeming as it is, the Tile Shelf has quite a bit of charm to offer. This piece would not serve merely as a device to hold and display your various possessions, for it attracts some attention of its own. Made from one type of wood or another, the basic storage system exudes such beautiful texture and a tantalizing shape that definitely dress up the wall.

Thomas Merlin's product is manufactured from rectangles of finely sawn timber that have been given lovely rounded corners. The defining manipulation is the 90-degree fold that's applied to each piece, longways and precisely across the middle. The Tile Shelf protrudes and covers the wall proportionally, and looks wonderful when installed immediately adjacent to other modules.
