The Tigo Cellular Network campaign was conceived and executed by Biedermann McCann Erickson, an ad agency based in Asunción, Paraguay. It features a cracked watch that keeps people away from important events. The campaign was art directed by Alejandro Rebull with creative direction by Leonardo Matylski.
