The launch of Champion's Spring/Summer 2018 pop art lookbook highlights the label's sporty silhouettes in its chromatic and tie-dye collections. The photo series is a follow up to the recent Champion x monkey time collaboration. At first glance, the pop art-styled photoshoot promotes heritage pieces that have been in the Champion's archives for "almost-100 years." The heritage pieces are monochromatic, boasting a vast color palette of pastel pinks, blues, pale yellows and the like, while also showcasing the company's logo on crewnecks and hoodies.
The Spring/Summer 2018 also features the tie-dye collection -- a set of uniquely colored T-shirts that are a definite nod to the 90s. The distorted palette is a needed break from the monochromatic pieces, because they infuse a grungy vibe to a rather prep-oriented sportswear line.
