This three-step house in Los Angeles is bound to turn the heads of passers-by due to its incredibly stylish and chic appearance. The residence strongly references the sensibilities of the contemporary movement of design, spotlights ample outdoor space with a rooftop swimming pool, and embraces the panoramic scenery. The dwelling also boasts a number of additional outdoor environments that are perfect for relaxation.
The home is curated by CHA:COL who had to overcome a number of challenges to reach an agreeable, aesthetically pleasing three-step house with a practical layout. One of the biggest obstacles for the designers was actually the residence's plot which was quite steep, however, CHA:COL "took advantage of the sloped topography." The result was an elegant building silhouette that is gradually elevated.
