This PKN is an All-New Kind of Nut-Based Dairy Milk Alternative

Lifestock has launched 'THIS PKN,' a new shelf-stable vegan milk made from pecan nuts. While almond and macadamia have been the go-to source for several popular nut-based drinks, few companies have yet to explore the use of pecans, allowing Lifestock to differentiate itself from other dairy-free milk brands.
“Consumers who are looking for a locally sourced, richly flavored, sustainable, and nutritious choice will find it with THIS PKN. We can’t wait to welcome pecan fans and non-dairy consumers alike to join Team PKN," said Founder and CEO Laura Shenkar in a recent press release.
According to the company, although 'THIS PKN' is intended to function as a dairy replacement, it does possess a notably nutty flavor reminiscent of pie and praline.
