'The Pluma' Track Bicycle Delivers High Performance

Portuguese industrial designer Nuno Teixeira’s track bicycle is very different the conventional track bike's design. Dubbed as 'Pluma,' this piece is based on the concept of delivering high performance by featuring a lightweight, aerodynamic body. The designer uses carbon in the making of the vehicle's body panels, which not only makes 'Pluma' light, but also helps it to attain high speeds on the race track.

Like any professional track bike, 'Pluma' is also fitted with sans brakes and fixed gear.
