The James Brand The Anzick is an outdoor chef's knife created in collaboration with SITKA GEAR and chef Connor Gabbott has the perfect utensil for preparing a range of fare from anywhere.

The knife is handmade in the US and has an eight-inch full-tag CPM MagnaCut blade with anti-corrosive properties along with a 62 HRC rating. The G10 handle features a high-grip, two-tone construction with a textured finish and ergonomic form to maximize comfort during everyday use.

The James Brand The Anzick is built with outdoor conditions in mind and will thus be easy for adventurous chefs to use for preparing meals from their campsite. The professional-grade chef's knife is available now, but is limited to just 600 examples priced at $499 each.
