The new iRiver Wing is a little UMPC with a browser, IM client, widget and SMS/MMs support as well VoIP and video conferencing capabilities, music play back and recording software and camera software. The iRiver has a 4 inch touch screen and full QWERTY keyboard but most important of all it is so tiny and so cute and the design is fantastic. Now, I don't mean to be a party pooper but, capacity wise, the iRiver is said to come with 4GB of memory only and that is not a whole lot of space if you are a serial multi-tasker. Putting that huge issue to the side for a minute, if nothing else, the iRiver Wing offers some wicked functionality in a very tiny and attractive package that is very pleasing to the eyes if not the pocket.
