The Human Bean Launches a New Rewards App and System

The Human Bean is introducing its revamped Rewards App, enhancing the customer experience for fans of the iconic coffee chain. The updated app allows customers to accrue "beans," which are special points, with every food and drink purchase, contributing to personalized rewards.

Customers earn rewards based on their status level, which includes tiers of Silver, Gold, or Platinum—with Platinum customers receiving the highest beans per dollar spent and exclusive rewards, including early access to special promotions.

App users can enjoy free birthday drinks and seamlessly add and redeem physical gift cards, and new users receive a bonus of 250 beans upon sign-up.
