Starbucks Canada Unveiled an Updated Rewards System

Starbucks Canada’s rewards system will be reimagined on March 10 with an updated 'Starbucks Rewards' program, introducing a tiered membership structure designed to enhance engagement and deliver value.

The upcoming program will feature three levels—Green, Gold, and Reserve—each offering benefits based on the number of stars earned. Members will continue to earn stars on eligible purchases and redeem them for beverages, food, or merchandise, with earning rates as engagement increases. Responding to feedback on star expiration, Green members will be able to extend star validity through monthly qualifying activity, while Gold and Reserve members will receive stars that do not expire.

Green members will earn one star per dollar and access birthday rewards, personalized offers, and monthly benefits. Gold status, reached at 500 stars annually, will provide enhanced earning rates, extended birthday redemption, and additional 'Double Star Days.' Reserve status, achieved at 2,500 stars, will offer premium benefits, exclusive experiences, and the highest earning rate.
