The Hampton Grocer Lacnola Supports a Mother's Milk Supply

— April 30, 2025 — Lifestyle
The Hampton Grocer Lacnola is a nutritious snack product created with new moms in mind to help them enjoy a nutritious snack, while also working to support their milk supply.

The small-batch granola is characterized by its clean label recipe that's crafted with ingredients that are rich in galactagogues, which will work to increase milk supply. The product was created by Samanthan Perlstein who was on the hunt for foods that would help increase her milk supply that had a delicious flavor. The granola is crafted with organic oats, organic brown flax seeds, almonds and organic pumpkin seeds, organic maple syrup and moriinaga.

Perlstein spoke on The Hampton Grocer Lacnola saying, "When I became a new mom, I quickly realized how hard it was to care for myself while caring for my baby. I couldn't find time to shave my legs—let alone worry about finding nourishing foods that would also help my milk supply and give me lasting energy. Sugar-filled lactation cookies and bars just didn’t fit the bill. I was also looking for something that was made whole food ingredients. When I couldn’t find it, I made it myself."
