Architecture studio Enter Projets Asia finishes its private Thai Art gallery for a collector in Chaing Mai and it features a captivating rattan structure that is made by an algorithm that intricately weaves in and out of the building. The gallery measures to be 2,000-square meters and it is made up of water features, a series of pavilions, and gardens -- all of which display the owner's fine collection of china, porcelain, silverware, and more.
Notably, this also includes what is reportedly the biggest collection of Wedgwood porcelain in Southeast Asia. Patrick Keane, the director of the studio explains that the goal was to create a less "clinical, antiseptic understanding of a traditional gallery. "We sought to create an immersive experience, giving the space a warmth and depth uncharacteristic of conventional art galleries."
