This Texting Coating Enables Clothes to Show Your Hydration Levels

Designed by Paulien Routs, SOAK is a sweat-sensitive texting coating that warns you if you are getting dehydrated. It uses color as a visual cue. Shades of blue indicate you are well hydrated, green means your hydration level is normal, where as yellow or brown denotes dehydration. This is based on the amount of acid detected in the wearer's sweat.

SOAK is an interesting application of how the skin can be used to determine health factors.
