This Australian Dessert Restaurant is the Home of the Tella Ball

A Tella Ball, despite its slightly puzzling name, may just be the most sublime creation ever created out of chocolate spread and fried dough.
Australian eatery Foodcraft Espresso made news earlier this year with its tella ball milkshake, a Nutella and vanilla ice cream concoction topped with an intriguing round dough ball perched on a straw. This mouthwatering mystery garnish was the Tella Ball, a perfectly round doughnut stuffed with Nutella. It briefly took over the Internet as hungry foodies tried to determine whence it came and where they could get one.
Now, Foodcraft is opening a dessert bar entirely devoted to the Tella Ball. Called simply 'Tella Balls,' the decadent cafe will serve the specialty round doughnuts stuffed with salted caramel, ricotta, jam or classic Nutella.
