TEJA is a desk organizer designed by Gustavo Rodríguez and Estefanía Agudelo of Estudio Gris in Medellín, Colombia. The object takes inspiration from traditional clay roof tiles commonly found throughout Colombian architecture, translating their curved profile into a compact organizer for desks, dressers, and entryway surfaces. Constructed from lacquered steel mounted on a solid natural wood base, the design uses upward-curving edges to contain everyday items such as keys, wallets, earbuds, and loose accessories while maintaining a simple architectural form.

A raised circular platform positioned at the center provides a dedicated place for smaller objects including rings, coins, and jewelry. The organizer’s curved geometry allows multiple units to be arranged side by side, creating a composition that resembles a tiled roofscape. Handmade in Medellín, TEJA is available in six color options: terracotta, white, calm green, blue, mustard, and beige. T
