Curio Creates Light Fixtures Based on Light Guide Technology

Scanners and photocopiers may soon be relics of the not-so-distant past and in order to make their Light Guide technology still relevant for the future, a design studio has created these technology-inspired lighting.

Hailing from San Francisco, California, Curio has created a collection of technology-inspired lighting that is both sleek and colorful. Perfect for the modern home, the familiar silhouettes are Bluetooth enabled, which allows people to control them via an accompanying Curio app. The technology-inspired lighting collection is so far comprised of four models including Super, Structo and Hype, which will be available in seven variations that utilizes the floor, table and ceiling. The playful designs are set to debut during at NY NOW.
