Sometimes inspiration can come from places that one has already traveled to or things that one has already done; take the Tangle Globe Pendant Light as the perfect example. It is the combination of two iconic lamps that were created awhile back.
Designer Tord Boontje took his Globe lamp and meshed it with his Garland light to create the Tangle Globe Pendant Light. Exotically ethereal, it looks like something that would be found in a horticulturist's home or greenhouse. Actually, if I let my imagination soar, I would expect to find this in a forest fairy's abode.
To be launched in New York and Paris later this month and next, the Tangle Globe Pendant Light can actually be used separately as well, so you essentially have three lamps in one.
