After building a following of over four million on Instagram, fitness trainer Kayla Itsines has now released the 'Sweat With Kayla' app.
Itsines has made fans all over the world with her Bikini Body Guides, which quickly sparked a movement that created a dedicated #BBG community. Now, in addition to being able to get inspiration solely from Itsines' social media accounts, fans can now consult the social media star's app.
The Sweat With Kayla app entices women with 28-minute workouts that follow themes like Resistance, Cardio or Rehabilitation. As a companion to its workout tools, the app also features a photo studio where users can track their physical progress, a guide to healthy eating and an educational section on the methodology behind what makes each workout program so successful.
