The Sway Stool is a different type of ‘rocker.’ The design incorporates reclaimed materials and artistically integrated elements with functional style.

Daniel Michalik’s handmade Sway Stool is made of bottle stopper waste cork. The central column of the stool is flexible, solid cork. The outside edges of the seating column is slotted, resulting in a seat that flexes and pivots under the weight of the user. Because sitting on the Sway Stool requires a little physical participation to maintain balance, using it improves posture and circulation.
