French fireplace company Focus has launched in the UK for the first time, bringing its sculptural installations and 360-degree pivoting fireplace out of mainland Europe. With 65 styles in its repertoire, Focus creates wall-mounted, built-in and suspended fire installations. The fireplaces have an anti-corrosion coating and resistant black paint that corrodes to a tasteful patina over time. Available in either gas or wood-burning variations, each installation is hand-made in France.

Focus will provide a digital mock-up of the suspended fireplace before it is installed so homeowners can see how the design would look in their home. The company's launch into the UK is significant because of the detailed installation requirements these fireplaces demand. With the UK launch in the works, consumers can expect to see more of these suspended fireplaces around the world.
