Plant-Based Seafood Dishes

Vegan Zeastar Supplies Vegan Fish to Sushi Point's Dishes

Dutch food chain Sushi Point introduces five new dishes that are entirely vegan with the help of Vegan Zeastar. The dishes are distributed throughout all 32 locations within the Netherlands. It includes a vegan Lemon Ebi Uramaki, which features avocado, sriracha mayonnaise, julienned carrots, and daikon cress.

The Vegan deep-fried Lemon Ebi follows, with the vegan Lemon Eli Sad with salad mix, vegan spicy salmon rolls with sriracha mayo, and spring onion. Notably, Sushi Point also has a Happy Vegan combo option featuring 18 pieces of vegan spicy salmon, vegan Lemon Ebi, nigiri Miami, and edamame. The vegan seafood by Vegan Zeastar mimics the taste of real seafood, with a focus on re-creating a similar texture as well.
