Supermarket Chain Kroger Debuted Weekly Stay-At-Home Online Events

The supermarket chain Kroger recently debuted a series of virtual weekly stay-at-home celebrations for shoppers, aptly titled Social, Social. The events will involve a specific weekly theme that make use of party ideas and recipes using ingredients found at the retailer.

The events will feature digital kits — ranging from coloring pages to "Pin the Horn on the Unicorn — that will ensure their at-home events will be a hit, and attendees can RSVP to the brand's event on Facebook to show others they are attending. In addition, Kroger is asking participants to share their experiences on social media using the hashtag #KrogerSocialSocial

The campaign will help ensures families and communities remained engaged with the brand while at home.
