Costa Coffee's Newest Superday Smoothie is Made with Real Spinach

In an effort to cater to consumers who enjoy veggie-rich drinks, but don't have the time to make them at home, the UK-based chain Costa Coffee has started offering a new Superday Smoothie made with real spinach.

The new Spinach, Pineapple & Mango Smoothie from Costa Coffee is a blended drink that is chocked full of beneficial nutrients. Unlike the chain's other Superday Smoothies -- which are made from fruit alone -- the new green variety also includes real spinach for a less sweet offering. Of course, the drink also contains pineapple, mango, banana and apple juice to create a refreshing fruit and veggie blend.

With the growing demand for more nutritious drinks, veggie-packed smoothies such as the one at Costa Coffee are becoming increasingly popular among consumers.
