The Super Mario Bedroom is a Screenshot of the Classic Nintendo Game

A father has created a themed Super Mario bedroom for his 13-year-old daughter in Green Bay, Wisconsin, complete with bricks, Piranha Plants and a flag pole.

Dustin Carpenter built the room by himself, which took him between 60 to 70 hours, after his daughter initially wanted a bat cave painted inside her room. Instead, they opted for a room filled with her favorite Super Mario characters, include Mario, Yoshi, Bowser, Boo and Goombas.

Carpenter hand-painted the entire Super Mario bedroom by himself, including the intricate detail of the bricks and the classic question mark squares where the iconic red mushrooms sprout out from, and only required help in painting the blue base color that makes up the background sky. The room even has various switches around the room that plays classic sounds such as the Super Mario theme song, and the "dum dum dum" sound when Mario enters the green tube to a secret underground lair.
