Like many studios, Sunberry Fitness (located in British Columbia) has moved to virtual classes including its popular K-Pop style fitness classes. The gym offers K-Pop style fitness classes, K-Pop dance workshops, and K-Pop dance classes in a women-only environment.
The K-Po Fitness classes are offered in a "follow me" dance cardio style on a drop-in basis. The K-Pop dance classes, on the other hand, are available for both beginner and intermediate/advanced dancers alike on a weekly basis, learning choreography for the latest songs.
Lastly, the K-Pop dance workshops are geared towards individuals interested in learning the style but cannot commit to weekly classes.
