Villa-Transformed Creative Studios

Studio Nichetto Transforms a Retro Villa into an Art Studio

Luca Nichetto of Studio Nichetto recently converts the 1940s villa located in Stockholm into a functional art studio to show off his designs in the comfort of a domestic setting.

It provides a comfortable working space for his team as well as Nichetto explains that "I didn't really need to look for another space in the city center because it's not that important for us as we work globally. A week after beginning to search, I saw on the real estate market what is now the Pink Villa. It was simply perfect and I made the offer." The villa is a classic wooden house from the 40s complete with a gabled roof and a large garden, which was acquired by the creative in 2021.
