Nike has launched some street ads that serves to model their new shoes with 3D holographic imaging. The Nike campaign is the first of its kind in holographic 3D advertising. The ad board consists of a lit background with traditional copy, with a new feature called ‘Holocube’ that demonstrates what appears to be a real shoe moving around and showcasing its flexibility. The ‘Holocube’ is clear so people can see the holographic 3D image from any angle.
The sportswear giant paired up with ad firms Mindshare, Kinetic and JCDecaux to execute this groundbreaking outdoor advertising campaign in Amsterdam. This campaign has been incredibly effective in capturing the attention of every person that walks by. Holographic 3D technology is certainly becoming the next big thing for brands and advertisers.
