StoryBundle Allows Readers to Choose What They Pay for Books

For new and self-published authors trying to get their work out there, it can be really tough when you don't have an online following, but the online platform StoryBundle aims to help these independent authors reach new readers. StoryBundle bundles together e-books with similar content and genre, and then sells them in these groups. The featured e-book bundles will change regularly, meaning that customers only have a limited period of time to buy them, but there is also the option to buy directly from the author's website if they happen to miss the chance to buy a particular bundle of books.

The most interesting component of StoryBundle, however, is the fact that it allows users to pay for the books based on what they think the books are worth. Although $1 is the minimum amount, you can determine, via a dial, how much you would like to pay for the bundle and how much should be dispersed among the individual authors. StoryBundle also provides bonus books for those people who pay more than the average amount for a bundle.
