These pieces of bread art from Jeph Gurecka are very unusual and I am unsure if they should be classified as culinary art, or simply art in their own right. They are made from a traditional dough recipe and then coated in resin to ensure longevity.
I love the messages that comes on these lumps of dough, such as "Live Soft Die Old" and "If Only I Felt Now What I Felt Then”.
