While spumoni ice cream might be associated with the Italian culture, it has been given an exotic twist courtesy of BLVD Creamery at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. Dubbed Asian Spumoni, the creation swaps out the traditional cherry, pistachio, and chocolate ice cream for red beans, green tea powder and toasted black sesame seeds. The best part, however, has to be the toasted cinnamon sugar wonton strips on top.
