According to the popular food blogger markie_devo, Starbucks is set to release an extensive new food and drink menu on January 2, 2025. In addition to new drinks like the Cortado and a new Matcha formula, the menu will also include bakery options like the Spicy Falafel Pocket and new B!tchin’ Sauce Chipotle Almond Dip. The former is a vegan-friendly dish featuring smashed falafel balls, creamy hummus, roasted red bell peppers, pickled onions, and a spicy herb sauce wrapped up and served inside toasted lavash flatbread.
