People who decide to use their kitchen as originally intended instead of a second closet or a place to check the time may need some extra help along the way -- enter the Spice Palette. Although tackling only one of many problems faced when breaking the cooking seal, it will help first time cooks be more efficient and effective.
Designed by Risa Takeuchi, a communication design student studying at Pratt Institute, the Spice Palette sections the seasoning so as to make it unnecessary to measure, easy to clean up afterwards and even easier to store. As written on Packaging of the World, "Since this project was developed as a sub-brand for Fresh Direct, shipping-friendly, and easy convenient method of marketing spices were the main focus of this design."
