Injection-Focused Spatial Computing Simulators

Endo Improves Peyronie's Disease Treatment Training

Endo has developed an innovative spatial computing simulator designed to provide a risk-free environment and enhance urologists' proficiency in administering injections for Peyronie's disease treatment. This immersive mixed-reality training tool combines a physical penile model with digital content through a dedicated Apple Vision Pro application. The technology creates an interactive environment where specialists can practice injection techniques, observe procedural demonstrations, and review post-treatment protocols.

Endo's 20-minute spatial computing simulator experience focuses specifically on the administration of XIAFLEX®, the sole FDA-approved non-surgical treatment for Peyronie's disease. The innovation addresses the need for hands-on training in this specialized procedure.

Following Endo's previous mixed-reality application for Dupuytren's contracture treatment, this simulator represents the company's continued investment in advanced medical training technologies developed in collaboration with digital agency Lucid Dream.
