These soy dishes don't only come in geometric shapes, but their design transforms when soy sauce is poured into them.
The 'Soy Shape' was created by British designer Duncan Shotton who runs a design studio in Tokyo. He created these soy dishes to find creative ways to work with the "natural color gradation" of soy sauce as it settles. Both the 'Triangle' and 'Cubes' soy sauce dishes creatively display the range in color that soy sauce is able to achieve -- with varying depths in the trays highlighting this effect. The result is a 3D optical illusion when soy sauce is poured into these small geometric trays.
These unique soy sauce dishes make the process of eating sushi more creative.
