The Soulland SS 2014 Collection is Collegiate-Inspired

The Soulland SS 2014 collection, named 'Katastrophe,' is an assemblage of boarding school-appropriate duds. The Danish brand drew inspiration from the arts, looking toward Bauhaus (a renowned creative school in Germany,) as well as the Pantomime Ballet and Das Triadisches Ballett.

Bauhaus' creative influence is clearly seen in the geometric, colorful knitwear. The classic Soulland emblem sweatshirt has been remixed, now coming in two new versions, but the preppy, collegiate aesthetic remains intact. Overall, the collection is perfect for lounging on a manicured campus or sipping mimosas on an elegant yacht (after class, of course).

In terms of outerwear, the collection offers a wool varsity jacket, a shiny take on the classic trench coat and more traditional suitwear. Either way, the collection transitions from indoors to outdoors with ease and elegance.
