Compact Tiny Home Models

Sora 20′ is a $61k Expanded Tiny Home Designed by Dragon Tiny Homes

The Sora 20′ is an expanded version of a compact dwelling developed by Dragon Tiny Homes that responds to customer feedback for more living space in a small footprint while maintaining a practical design philosophy. The 20-foot long model increases interior volume compared with its 16-foot predecessor, with a layout that accommodates living, working, and resting functions within a single rectangular plan. Large windows are integrated into the design to bring natural light into the interior and enhance visual connection with the outdoors.

A dedicated workspace is incorporated beneath a built-in floating desk positioned to take advantage of the daylight, reflecting the growing needs of remote workers seeking room to breathe. The sleeping area is organized as a loft raised above the main floor, preserving floor space for circulation and daily routines. Purpose-built storage and cabinetry are distributed throughout the interior to maximize usable space without crowding core functions. Systems for utilities are configured for both grid-connected and off-grid use, and building components are factory-built for streamlined assembly.
