The team at Modern Tiny Living continues to impress with its latest design in the form of the Sea Chord model. It is a compact home that is great as a vacation residence or as a full-time living space. It is developed with a focus on space-saving approaches to its interior design and has the ability to run on or off the grid.
It measures 22 feet in length and rests on top of a double-axle trailer. The exterior design is clad with engineered wood and finished with a steel roof on top. Other features include its outdoor shower and the exterior storage box to hold additional items. The interior is finished with plenty of glazing, and a skylight, and has maple plywood for a warm ambiance.
