Sofitel x Nespresso are introducing a limited-edition in-room coffee and croissant pairing experience across 20 Sofitel hotels worldwide, bringing a more curated approach to traditional room service. Available for three months through Sofitel’s 'Please Disturb' experience, the collaboration pairs specialty coffee recipes with creations from the hotel brand’s 'La Haute Croissanterie' program.
Developed by Sofitel pastry chefs and Nespresso coffee specialists, three pairings consider complementary flavors, aromas, textures, and temperatures. 'Le Brûlé' combines a brûléed cappuccino mousse with a crispy honey cream croissant, emphasizing almond and citrus notes. Meanwhile, 'L’Epicé' pairs spicy chocolate coffee with a coffee-chocolate exotic croissant featuring passion fruit and Sichuan pepper. Finally, 'Le Tonique' matches an iced orange espresso tonic with a Paris-Brest croissant incorporating hazelnut praline.
Together, the menu reframes in-room coffee service as a structured tasting experience informed by culinary craftsmanship and sensory pairing principles.
