The Weeknd and Nespresso work in collaboration with artisanal coffee brand Samra Origins. Together, the duo creates a new collection which focuses on creativity and a daily lifestyle. It is named after the singer's heritage and family traditions which center around coffee. It starts with the Togetherness Blend which is a bold and rich roast meant to bring people together.
The collection is now available in Canada and the US. The blend is joined by a travel mug and a tumbler. Along with products, Nespresso will be serving as the headline sponsor for the singer's world tour. The Weeknd explains, “Coffee runs deep in my family culture — it’s about gathering, sharing, reflecting." Philipp Navratil, CEO of Nespresso, adds, “Just as music blends genres, our coffee brings people together.”
