Mathematical Serving Crockery

The SAIC Diagram Snack Bowl is Inspired by the Venn Diagram

Designed by Chin Hua Lin, the SAIC Diagram snack bowl draws inspiration from mathematics to help offer a sectional piece of serving ware. Lin is a student of the School of the Arts Institute of Chicago and created the SAIC Diagram bowl to offer an intersectional approach to food relationships.

Great for fruit, veggies, chip and some sort of central dip, the SAIC Diagram snack bowl essentially looks like two traditional bowls were cross-sectioned and spliced together. The final result is a modern piece of crockery that will provide a number of different uses ranging from serving food with fresh dip, to offering shelled snacks with a refuse section. The design can be purchased individually at CB2 both online and in-store.
