Smarter Vape Ranges

Republic Technologies Debuts a New Model With No Mesh Coil

Republic Technologies UK has introduced a smarter vape range marking a significant design and regulation compliance shift. Launched in May 2025, this new range is touted as the first pod-system line that entirely omits mesh coils, instead incorporating longer-lasting ceramic coils. Designed to align with evolving UK regulations on disposable vapes, the 'Smarter Mini' and 'Smarter 6K' offer improved sustainability and user experience, featuring rechargeable devices and swappable pods that leave minimal residue.

The Smarter Mini supports up to 800 puffs per pod, while the 6K offers an impressive 6,000 puffs via a 2ml + 10ml tank. With 12 flavour pods -- including hits like 'Strawberry Ice' and 'Cool Mint' -- the launch is backed by consumer insights and includes strong in-store promotional support. The ceramic coil’s external placement also enhances longevity, reinforcing the brand’s focus on cost-effectiveness and environmental responsibility.
